If you’re using our Gmail or Outlook plugin for one-to-one email tracking, then it only makes sense that you want to bring your bulk email marketing platform in on the action.

Luckily for you, CANDDi can integrate with your Copernica campaigns, too! Just follow the steps below and you can identify every individual who clicks through from these campaigns onto your website:

  1. Create your campaign as normal in Copernica
  2. When adding a link to your email text, it should match the following format:

    <a href=”http://www.example.com/campaign?ce={$**EmailAddress**}&cfn={$**FirstName**}&cln={$**Last_Name**}”>Example Link Text</a>

(please note that the bold text should be replaced with your desired URL and Link Text, respectively)

  3. Save and send your campaign as normal

One more thing: the merge fields in the link you insert (the terms like **EmailAddress** and **FirstName** must match what they’re also called in your database. Make sure, for example, that your database field doesn’t say LastName, and your link is trying to pull through a merge tag for **Surname**.

You can find Copernica’s support page on adding tracking to links here.
