Can I use more than one CANDDi Capture on a page?

The power of CANDDi Capture is it’s personalisation. From the colour schemes to the capture content, you can design it all. So what’s the point in all that if you can’t make the most of it?

The good news is, you can. For each page/ blog/ customer you have, you can choose to have multiple CANDDi captures on your website.

Creating multiple Captures

When you start to create a capture, you’ll need to input the URL of the particular page you want it to appear on, when you want it to appear (e.g. after 30 seconds on the page, as the cursor moves to exit, etc.) and where you want it to appear. You can do this over and over for all of your webpages if that’s your true heart’s desire. But what about more than one Capture on one page?

It’s easily done. All you have to do is choose your priority. The higher the number, the higher the priority for capture on that page.

So, let’s say you have a generic capture on every page of your website with priority 5. One day, you decide that for every single service or product you provide, you want a specific capture to show. So you create a capture specific to the product, you add the product URL in the aforementioned section, set delay time and put the priority on 10. As such, your specific capture will now be displayed instead of your generic one while your generic capture will keep on showing on other pages.

Will they be blocked?

Nope, our CANDDi Captures are not spammy.

Although it may appear to behave like a pop-up ad, technically, CANDDi Capture works in a different way. Pop-up adverts actually open in a new ‘window’, whereas CANDDi Capture is within your own site, the same way your own forms on the site would work.
