Why would I need to delete data?
It’s important to remember that CANDDi is an evolving system. We’re always learning and improving our ways to bring you data, as well as updating the data we’ve collected in real-time.
However, this doesn’t mean that we’ll always be able to get it right.
If my data is wrong, what do I do?
On the rare occasion that we do mess up, our guide above will show you what to do next.
You’ll notice any ‘incorrect’ data in your CANDDi Dashboard whenever you’re looking at a website visitor’s profile in the list/ card view.
To delete data from CANDDi, it’s a pretty simple process, but the video above will run through the necessary actions with you. You can rest assured that you won’t mess anything up!
