When you’ve got CANDDi installed, we often see that in just one sales cycle, you’ll start to reap the results.

If you want to maximise the CANDDi effect, have a look at the best ways to use our features below:

Using the email plugin

Once you’ve carried out all your usual sales & marketing activity, our one-to-one email plugin is a great way to follow up with your prospects and get them identified in your CANDDi dashboard. All you have to do is is create some email content with interesting links to your website and voila, warm leads exactly where you want them.

Once a prospect has opened your email (which you’ll know about thanks to our email plugin’s live feed) they’ll appear in CANDDi if they’ve clicked your link and identified themselves. You’ll automatically have access to their individual contact details and activity on your site, so you’ll know who’s interested and who’s not.

You can also create streams for each batch of emails you send by setting certain parameters for different groups of your website visitors, filtering through your leads for a more efficient prospecting process. Streams are a great way to keep an eye on what your prospects are up to, giving you the insights you need to close the sale.

Marketing Tip: Do an export on a stream of prospects to send mailshot updates/ news to them.

Even when you think you might have lost one, it’s important to remember that just because someone says they’re not interested, just means they’re not interested right now. Things change! So when the time comes and your prospect is checking out their options again, with our email alerts and notifications you’ll be notified when visitors land back on your site!

Using CANDDi Capture

Our CANDDi Capture is the perfect way to catch that opt-in data you’ve been waiting for. All our capture forms can be formatted however you like, tailoring all of them to best suit your audience.

For example, you can create them for certain industries, locations, add them to different pages, you name it! All you have to do is fill out the appropriate fields so your capture knows how, when and where to display itself.

It’s also a good idea to set up alerts and streams for each capture so you know when a form has been completed and can act accordingly.

Using streams

Whilst you wait for your visitors to become fully identified on CANDDi via capture forms, 1-2-1 email plugin or an email campaign click-through, you can still use all of the leads provided by the Company Identified stream for prospecting within CANDDi.

Your CANDDi dashboard is full of leads just waiting for you to reach out. All you have to do is click on a CANDDi contact and have a look for their contact details. Once you have this, you can send them a tracked email and when they click through a link, we will identify them and can confirm if it was their machine that visited in the first place.

If it wasn’t them, another profile would appear in CANDDi but this will also be Identified. Maybe it was their colleague? Maybe they visited via their smartphone but now they’re looking on their laptop/desktop? Once you have an email address, it is worth ensuring it goes into your email campaign list.

The contact view also gives you access to your visitors linked social media profiles. You can click directly on the social media icons e.g. LinkedIn or Twitter. We also have a specific LinkedIn tool.

Once your visitor has been Identified, it means you do not have to prospect, so encourage your marketing department to send out frequent email campaigns, set up CANDDi Captures and make sure you use the 1-2-1 email plugin after a call to either an existing client or a prospect.
