Monitoring your web visitors journey across your site is a key part of your sales process.

That’s why we’ve set up streams for you to filter your visitors depending on their location, industry, marketing campaign and pretty much anything else you can think of!

But what happens when your streams are up and running? You can filter your streams even further with our new ‘sort by date feature’.

Firstly, let’s have a recap at how you can access your streams and how you can filter/ edit them accordingly.

Firstly, open up your CANDDi dashboard and you’ll be able to see previews of all your website visitors.

Down the left hand side, you’ll see your list of existing streams. If you want to know more about streams, here’s how to create your own.

Filter

Let’s say you’ve set up a stream for each of the marketing campaigns you’ve set up recently. How do you know which days are driving the most traffic? Or which campaign is doing the best? Or maybe you’re just nosey… we don’t judge.

With our new feature, now you’ll know! Click on the calendar icon towards the top of the screen.

From here, a pop-up will appear with a number of time periods to choose from. If you’d rather make a bespoke time frame, click on the ‘custom’ button.

This will allow you to pick your own start and end date, for full flexibility.

Don’t forget you can also set up email alerts for your streams!
