Available in versions for landlords, letting agents and management agents, Decorus for Sage integrates fully with existing Sage software. Letting agents can account for both their office and client accounts in one solution and can create landlord statements with automatic commission, repair and overseas tax calculations.
The software is suitable for residential and commercial portfolios as well as specialised sectors including student accommodation, business parks and block/estate management.
Visionbase Software relies on its website as a “shop window” to promote its market leading property management software. With an increasing number of landlords and lettings agencies turning to online solutions to streamline management processes, the company was well placed to grow its portfolio of customers with a push on new business.

CANDDi for Visionbase
CANDDi has worked closely with Visionbase to develop a strategy for its CANDDi Capture tool. The form is placed on certain pages of the site, and visitors are invited to submit their details to get a call back from the Visionbase customer team.
Visionbase decided to deploy different types of capture form on different pages of the site, allowing the form to serve as both a means of capturing new leads and providing support to existing customers. The insight gained from this enables decisions to be made on the most appropriate tailored and personalised way to engage further with customers and prospects. This has drastically improved the company’s customer outreach and engagement levels, as well as its lead generation abilities.
Visionbase now has more insight into what sales and marketing activities drive traffic to their website. The team also has information on who is using their website and use this to target their best prospects.
In just over four months since January 2016, Visionbase has identified over 120 companies using the CANDDi Capture tool. In addition to existing customers who have been able to access improved support levels, this has also equated to up to five new leads per month.
