Visionbase Software is a provider of management software for the property sector. Its main product is Decorus for Sage, property management accountancy software which enables landlords, letting agents and property managers to maintain their property portfolio and streamline their workload.
Available in versions for landlords, letting agents and management agents, Decorus for Sage integrates fully with existing Sage software. Letting agents can account for both their office and client accounts in one solution and can create landlord statements with automatic commission, repair and overseas tax calculations.
