Meet your CANDDi dashboard
Here’s an intro to the cool stuff you’re going to find here:
- The dashboard shows you all your website visitors
- Click on a visitor to get an enriched timeline of their activity
- Streams allow you to filter and organise your visitors
- You can view each Stream in card or list format, whichever you prefer!
The dashboard shows you all your website visitors
Within the dashboard you can customise many areas of CANDDi and set-up features like Triggers and CANDDi Capture. The most powerful part of the dashboard is the Stream section on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on a visitor to get an enriched timeline of their activity
Click on a visitor to open a window showing you more data and allowing you to edit the contact if you need to. From here you can also choose to assign the contact to another User who can follow up with this prospect, or chose to exclude the contact from your streams (for example you may wish to exclude yourself).
Streams allow you to filter and organise your visitors
Streams are how you can filter and prioritise your visitors, so that you can easily find the ones most interesting to you. We’ve set-up seven default streams so you can manage your visitors from day one!
The ‘Last Visitors’ stream is where you’ll find everyone who has visited your site - they’ll always be in there. The ‘Company Identified’ stream contains all the visitors where CANDDi has established the company name, and the ‘Identified’ stream is where we have a phone number or email address for this visitor. Have a play around - this is where you’re going to be able to organise the hot prospects on your site.
If you don’t see these default streams when you log in, visit our FAQ page and it will explain why this might be.
You can view each Stream in card or list format, whichever you prefer
By default we’ll present you your visitors in a card view. You’ll be able to see a summary for each visitor such as their name, company, location and the last page they’ve viewed.
You can also switch to a list view, and you can customize the details that you see. In the list view you can also choose to bulk update contacts (which was a commonly requested feature we built for our lovely users ;-)
