Highlights of the event (myself not withstanding) - Google Dave teaching about how search and discovery is changeing and how recruiters need to be positioning their websites to tell stories about changing lives and Gorkan Ahmetoglu about how we can improve the recruitment process by using quantative and qualative data to construct personality profiles
